Refund policy
Before you make any rash decisions, make sure you let your Lemon Perfect chill in the fridge before consuming. Lemon Perfect is best enjoyed cold! If you're still not blown away by the power of lemons, we have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund for your order. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@lemonperfect.com and our team will assist you from there. We can only offer refunds for your first try of a new flavor, and our refunds are limited to one case per person. Our refunds are also only applicable for online orders. If you don’t know where to start, we suggest ordering our variety pack first so you can discover your new favorite flavor! If possible, let us know what you didn’t like about your order, and we can offer some suggestions!
Refunds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item(s) is defective or damaged or if the wrong item(s) has been delivered.
