We only offer refunds for your first try of a new flavor, and our refunds are limited to one case per person. Our refunds are also only applicable for online orders. If you don’t know where to start, we suggest building a custom variety pack so you can discover your favorite flavor! And remember, Lemon Perfect is best enjoyed cold!

Lemon Perfect uses the highest grade of certified organic stevia leaf to give Lemon Perfect its naturally delicious and refreshing flavor. Nothing fake. Ever.

Certified organic natural flavors are made using a combination of individual essences and extracts obtained from the peels of organic and non-GMO fruits.

Organic stevia leaf extract is a zero-calorie sweetener extracted from the leaves of the stevia plant. Stevia has been studied extensively and are used as alternative sweeteners in thousands of food and beverage products. Plus, our organic stevia leaf extract is minimally processed and certified organic and non-GMO–which is pretty sweet.

They do! The FDA allows beverages with less than .5 grams of sugar per serving to state “zero sugar." It’s important to note, of course, that Lemon Perfect has no added sugar—only a dietarily insignificant amount of natural sugar from our squeezed organic lemon juice.

Whether it’s once a week or once a month, Lemon Perfect will be delivered straight to your door, so you can put delicious and refreshing, lemon-powered hydration on autopilot.

When you add Lemon Perfect to your cart before checkout, be sure to select “Subscribe” before adding your order to your cart. After that, you can checkout like normal! You will then have an account you can access to make any adjustments to your subscription. For more information, please review our Subscription Policy.

You can manage your subscription by logging into your subscription account here then selecting the section you want to adjust. For example, you can add new products, adjust delivery dates, update payment methods, and more—all from your account page.

Our standard shipping method is 2-3 business days. We offer free shipping on orders of $30 or more. If you order one case, shipping is $10.00.

No. Our team quickly processes and ships your order as soon as possible. This means we cannot adjust this information once an order is placed, but you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can update the delivery address or redirect your package to a local pickup location.
